In an obvious PR stunt, Saudi Arabia, known for its human rights issues, has granted a driver’s license to a human female driver for the first time.
"Can you demonstrate how to turn a wheel?" asked Dr. Muhammed
"The human female driver is a scientific breakthrough, largely because it appears highly advanced," said one male audience member. "It has even given interviews to Muhammed Halabi and Good Morning Saudi Arabia. Not only can it drive, it’s even allowed to speak!”
"I am very honored, but this right should be granted to all wom..." said the human woman driver before its microphone was cut off.
The human female driver’s trainer, Dr. Muhammed of Desert Laboratories, asked it during a live demonstration, "Can you demonstrate how to turn a wheel?” The human female driver responded, "Okay". The response drew audible gasps from the all male audience.
A Saudi spokesperson said, “Obviously it will still need a man to monitor its driving. I will say this; the technology is amazing. It looks so natural. Almost man-like.”
Shortly after the conference ended, Sophia, the woman, ran over her chaperon and drove out of the country.
